Is there a free trial?
You’ll be able to use the platform for free until the end of the month. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you decide not to continue with all or part of the service, simply remove the package and you won’t be charged moving forward.
What about calls?
If you’ve chosen the PAYG package you’ll need to pay for the calls you make by purchasing calling credit in advance. We believe you should be able to try before you buy, so your new account will come with £2 (around 30 minutes) credit for you to use during your trial, for unlimited users your unlimited calls won’t begin until the trial ends. Please note that you cannot make international calls during your trial.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Absolutely not. Simwood Direct is a month-to-month service. There’s no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis for the package you have added and if you remove them you’ll no longer be charged.
How easy is it to move from our current provider to you?
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to switch to us from your current provider. We’ll work with you to ensure your migration is as seamless as possible. We’ve ported thousands of numbers so we’re well-versed in handling migrations.
It relies on an internet connection - what if this isn’t available?
If you’re not able to connect to the internet for any reason, we can forward calls automatically to your regular landline or mobile number. You can configure your own failover numbers, meaning team members can continue to answer calls in the same way as normal.
