Calls within our network are free, anywhere in the world. Calls are billed by the second with a minimum duration of 20 seconds.

Simwood Direct allows calls to over 170 countries, starting at just 1p per minute. Inbound calls from anywhere in the world are included in your plan with us.

If you prefer to use a physical desk phones, we supply a range of handsets which arrive pre-configured and ready to go, out of the box.
Simwood Direct FAQs
Is there a free trial?
You’ll be able to use the platform for free until the end of the month. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you decide not to continue with all or part of the service, simply remove the package and you won’t be charged moving forward.
What about calls?
If you’ve chosen the PAYG package you’ll need to pay for the calls you make by purchasing calling credit in advance. We believe you should be able to try before you buy, so your new account will come with £2 (that’s about 3 hours 20 minutes worth of UK landline calls or 30 mobile minutes) credit for you to use during your trial, for unlimited users your unlimited calls won’t begin until the trial ends. Please note that you cannot make international calls during your trial.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Absolutely not. Simwood Direct is a month-to-month service. There’s no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis for the features you have added and if you remove them you will not be billed again.
How easy is it to move from our current provider to you?
We’ll work with you to ensure your migration is as seamless as possible, even helping to optimise your new system so it’s more efficient than your existing setup. We’ve ported thousands of numbers so we’re well-versed in handling migrations.
It relies on an internet connection - what if this isn’t available?
If your internet connection is unavailable for any reason, we can forward calls automatically to your regular landline or mobile number. Each extension user can configure their own failover number, so your team can continue to answer calls in the same way as normal.
* Please note that forwarding out of the system creates a new outgoing call and may incur additional charges, depending on your plan.
