We’re delighted to announce a beta version of our new customer portal.

When we launched our feedback site last year, one of the first requests on there was for a web portal to make managing accounts easier. This has been something we’ve wanted to do for a while but frankly not been happy with what we’ve achieved. We’ve scaled back our expectations for an initial release and focused on getting something you can use. I think you’re going to love it!

As it stands the new portal enables customers to view multiple accounts with a single login, and specifically see:

  • current prepayment balance
  • sub-account prepayment balances if applicable
  • unpaid invoices
  • a summary of incoming traffic
  • a summary of outgoing traffic
  • current concurrent call figures with history
  • detail for recent calls

The portal is built entirely on our API although leverages many features in a new version we haven’t told you about yet!
