Direct Debit in the portal

We’ve offered Direct Debit settlement of invoices for some time but until now have had to manually send customers the mandate. Effective immediately you can sign up for Direct Debit settlement of invoices yourself via the portal. This is under the “Payments” option at the bottom of the main left menu.

We strongly encourage customers who haven’t opted for card settlement to do this to ensure missed invoices do not cause account suspension or late payment fees.
