However, for everyone else, where these situations occurred, there was an hourly (or part thereof) charge levied after giving fair warning in a formal notice. Now, instead, we’re just going to levy an increased export charge for all ports, regardless of the outcome, on the relevant account – after fair warning in a formal notice.
