We’re delighted to have received dozens of big enquiries today from operators experiencing severe issues with BT IPX, and coincidentally, another wholesale operator. Whilst we are doing everything we can to help we are having to prioritise who is allocated capacity, we obviously need to do so in a way that does not jeopardise the network or affect service to our long-standing customers. Thankfully, our network is designed to maintain head-room on all routes to cover the eventuality of site failure, so we do have emergency capacity to spare.

We welcome all new customers to Simwood and look forward to being your primary capacity for many years to come!
