What is the Simwood Partner Portal?

The back office behind white-label Hosted. It's where partners set their own prices, brand the portal and signup flow as their own, add their team, and run reporting and billing for every customer account - the commercial engine behind the white label.

Can I set my own prices for my customers?

Yes, entirely. Set a monthly cost per extension, charge for individual features or include a number free per extension, build call tariffs (minimum charge, rounding, SMS cost) and ad-hoc minute bundles by geography, and make each price plan public or hidden. There are no Simwood guidelines on what you charge - that's yours to set.

Can I white-label the Partner Portal itself?

Yes. Your own portal address, your links on the customer signup page, your own instructional text in the signup sidebar, and your own email sender - tested from the portal before it goes live.

Can new customer accounts start with my own defaults?

Yes. Define an account template once - which features are available, whether call recording and international calls are on by default, concurrent call limits, postpaid or prepaid - and every new customer account starts from it.

Can I add my own team to the portal?

Yes. Add your own people as portal users with scoped permissions - reseller-wide access, or limited to a single customer account - so you're not the only one who can administer it.

Can I see my profit margin in the portal?

Yes. Call and SMS history is broken down by customer and exportable to CSV, with a profit column on every call - no separate spreadsheet needed to find your margin.

Do I have to use Simwood's billing?

No. Simwood's billing handles invoices (hold, unhold, mark paid or unpaid), pro-rata and VAT for you if you want it - or you can switch it off and bill your customers your own way.
