We have today enabled IP Transit from Level 3 in our Slough site. This nicely compliments the TiNet transit we buy in Manchester and London and, of course, our extensive peering relationships in all sites.
Customers buying Simwood Full Transit will notice shorter paths to some international destinations. Customers buying TiNet IP Transit through Simwood may also wish to consider Level 3 transit – both are available in all sites.
Voice customers will benefit from further redundancy (any one of our three transit connections can carry the entire network load) and shorter paths to certain destination networks. All our network paths all are run uncontended to guarantee quality on the only network specifically built for IP voice.
