Our porting desk will be operating as usual over the festive period, with the exception of the bank holidays.
When submitting a port request on the lead up to and over the festive period please be aware that lead times may need to be extended, not only to take into account the bank holidays but also due to some networks and resellers potentially being more difficult to reach during this time, or closing entirely.
Some networks will be operating on a half day basis on the 24th and 31st December. We would advise against requesting for ports to complete on these days. Any important ports should be scheduled to complete in the new year to minimise the risk of disruption to service.
