Pay Simwood by Direct Debit

Following customer demand we’re pleased to now accept payment of invoices by Direct Debit. If you wish to take advantage of this, please contact us and we will send you a link to  sign-up online.

Once a mandate is in place payment for outstanding invoices will be initiated on or after the 15th of each month, with payment taken at least 3 full working days later. Naturally, all payments are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Please note, this covers all services that we raise invoices for but does not cover prepayments for voice services; they must continue to be paid by bank transfer only.
