Given many other operators are closing their porting desks over the Festive Season, we will not be processing porting orders during the period from December 21st to January 3rd. Normal service will resume on January 4th.
Our Operations Desk will of course be available during the working days (i.e. not the Bank Holidays) over the period and we will be monitoring the network for emergencies throughout.
We’d remind customers that running out of credit is not an emergency and the bank will not be checked during the Bank Holidays or out of hours. Please therefore ensure you have sufficient credit for the period or make use of the emergency top-up facility in the portal.
