Many other operators are closing their porting desks over this Festive Season, so we will be following suit. Our last day for porting will be Thursday 21st December with normal service resuming on Tuesday 2nd January.
Our Operations Desk will be available during the working days (i.e not the Bank Holidays) over the period and porting orders will continue to be processed for completion in the New Year. We will be monitoring the network and all systems as usual during this time.
As a note, the bank will not be checked during Bank Holidays or out of hours, so please ensure you have sufficient credit during that time and make sure to use the emergency top-up option in the portal.
