Further to our update in February, we wanted to update you on where we were.
As mentioned then, the entire team were preparing to work remotely, which is completely new for some, and has meant new equipment and other changes to ensure this can be done with maximum security.
We’re pleased to say that this was successfully tested again last week and all colleagues were invited to work from home immediately afterwards. Every team now has colleagues working remotely and we hope you haven’t noticed.
We’re obviously keeping a close eye on the news but expect to mandate remote working very soon.
Naturally, as a technical company, remote working comes easier to us than most. But it isn’t without its challenges and we care passionately about the end-users of the services we provide and their ability to make this shift. We therefore wanted to extend the offer to all our customers, and even industry peers, that in the spirit of assisting those end-users, if we can help in any way please reach out to us. It might be commercially, it might be additional capacity, it might simply be temporary connectivity to avoid sending someone to site. These are serious times and we’re all in it together, so let us know if we can help.
