We’re delighted to say that we’ve moving the following features into live production having previously only been available to those in our beta programme(s):
- BYoC inbound
- Teams Operator Connect (on both Hosted and Carrier Services)
Carrier Side Call Recording, while working flawlessly, remains in beta for now as we’d like to reconsider aspects of it in the light of other work, including Conversational AI which is newly in beta and (currently) free of charge to try.
